What to Expect
Your initial appointment is typically 60 to 90 minutes and gives us the time to really understand your health history, goals, and lifestyle. From there, we create a personalized nutrition plan built around what works for you. Every follow-up session builds on your progress at your own pace.
We also offer grocery store tours as a hands-on way to put your nutrition education into practice right in the aisles.
